Getting Started with FastReps



FastReps turns your play diagrams into an interactive 3D experience that helps players better understand plays and drills. Follow the steps below to get started with FastReps.

Step 1: Sign Into FastDraw Web

  • Visit fastscout.fastmodelsports.com and sign in using your FastModel credentials.
  • Click the PLAYSpage to access your playbook.
    • you may be prompted to sign-in again at this step
  • If you don’t yet have access to the new FastDraw web-app, please contact support@fastmodelsports.com or your account manager today to get set up.

Step 2: Draw Your Play or Drill

  • Click NEW PLAY to start drawing your play or drill
  • Add players to the court, Use action lines and frame descriptions to illustrate movements.
  • If your play has multiple steps, use FastBuild to move seamlessly from one frame to the next.

Step 3: Animate Your Play

  • Pull up the animation timeline to adjust when each action starts and ends relative to others.
  • This will help players visually understand the timing and flow of the play.

Step 4: Share Your Play with Players

  • Once your play is ready, click the mobile app button to share it with your players.

Step 5: Players Download the FastReps App

  • Have your players download the FastReps app from the iOS or Android app store.
  • Players can log in to FastReps using the FastModel credentials you assigned in the Admin Portal.

Step 6: Watch Plays in 3D

  • Once logged in, players can select a play and watch the animation in 3D, gaining a better understanding of their roles on the court.

Step 7: Enable 'Practice' Mode

  • To enable 'Practice' mode, which turns your diagrams into a video game where players can control different positions and compete against their teammates, contact us at support@fastmodelsports.com to upgrade your access.
