Navigating the FastScout Mobile App

After downloading the FastScout Mobile App from the Apple App Store, use your email and password to log in. Once you are in the FastScout Mobile App, you will be able to flip between the Opponent Scouts, Self Scouts, Plays, and Videos tabs.

If no WiFi or Data network can be reached, the mobile app will notify you. Make sure that in your phone settings, you allow FastScout to use mobile data if you would like to utilize it off of WiFi.

In the Scouts or Self Scouts tabs, you can sort your scouts from Newest to Oldest, Oldest to Newest, and Alphabetical by using the sorting arrows in the top right corner.

You can keyword search for reports by clicking the magnifying glass and typing the name of the report or team.

The Plays tab will display any plays that have been published to the mobile app. Clicking into any play will show all frames within that play, as well as any attached videos. On the plays tab, there is an option to sort by the newest play or alphabetically. There are also season, team, and series filters similar to those in FastDraw.

The Videos tab will display any video that have been published to the mobile app. Clicking into any video gives the option to play that video, view the title and any notes, as well as download the video locally to the device. On the videos tab, there is an option to sort by the newest video, alphabetically size of the video, and search by title.

If you click the FastScout logo in the top left, you will be taken to a page where you can contact support via email, visit the FastScout support articles page, or sign out of the FastScout Mobile App.
