Creating a New Play

To create a new play, select the New Play icon in the top right corner of the menu.

The Play Details window will appear, where you will need to enter the Play Name, Season, Team, and Series. You can also add Tag(s) to the play and edit the court design, but these are not required.

To enter the Play Name, click on the text box with Name* greyed out. For Season, click on the drop down menu and select the season you'd like to use.

Team and Series

Note: Selecting a Team and Series is done the same way, below is only an example for selecting a Team.

Clicking on the Team will bring up a list of teams associated with your account. You can scroll through the list and select the team, then press "Save" in the top right corner.

If you'd like to add a new team, press "New Team +" in the bottom right corner, enter the team name, and then press "Save" before selecting the Team in the list and pressing "Save" in the top right corner.

You can use the search feature to find all Teams (or Series') with your search term within the label. For example, typing "Lo" will show teams like Florida Atlantic and Florida St. with "Lo" in the name, as well as teams beginning with "Lo", such as Long Beach St. and Long Island. Once selected, press the Save button in the top right corner.

Tags

Clicking on the Tag box will bring up a list of tags associated with your account. You can scroll through the list and select the tag, then press "Save" in the top right corner.

To create a new Tag, press "New Tag +" in the bottom right corner. Here, you will be able to enter the name of the Tag in the Label textbox and add color to both the Text and Background to identify the Tags. You will also be shown a preview of the Tag as you add these details.

When adding color, you have the option of using a Grid, Spectrum, or Sliders to select your preferred color.

Once you have several Tags created, your list will look similar to the example below. You can select multiple tags to a play and press the Save button in the top right corner to apply them to the play.

Court Properties

To edit the Court Properties, press the court display on the right hand side of the Play Details window.

Here you will be able to select the Type of court (High School, WNBA, International, etc.), what Area of the court will be viewed, if any Out Of Bounds (OOB) areas are shown, as well as select/deselect court Contents. Simply press on the options you'd like to turn off/on and the preview on the right hand side will update with your changes. Once you're happy with this, press the Save button in the top right corner to update the play.
